
James R. Apple is the President
of Apple and Apple, a small family based law firm representing all types of secured
and unsecured creditors with their legal/collection problems in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Apple's training began in 1977 as a clerk, then as a paralegal and eventually
as an Associate Attorney for the prior law firm of Apple and Bernstein, P.C. He
is a 1979 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a 1982 graduate of Duquesne
University's School of Law. The law firm of Apple and Apple was formed in 1983
by Mr. Apple and his Father, Marvin J. Apple, now retired. Our firm has represented
large, medium and small companies and individuals as creditors in State, Federal
and Bankruptcy Courts to protect their rights in a wide variety of contracts,
leases, replevins, mortgage foreclosures, Voluntary/Involuntary Bankruptcies and
the enforcement of Judgments throughout Pennsylvania. Mr. Apple is a long-time
member of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) and the National Association
of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA).
